SPA Business Process

In order to allow for up to 48 hours for Grants.Gov to validate a submitted application, SPA must receive the draft 7 business days prior to the announced deadline and the final application 2 business days prior to the announced deadline. The draft can have incomplete science portions but all administrative/budget information needs to be completed. The final should be complete and ready for submission to sponsor.
