PLEASE NOTE:
Not all courses are open to Cross Registration.
Check with the HMS Registrar’s Office (432-1515) if you have any questions.
Courses are only graded S (Satisfactory) or U (Unsatisfactory).
No ordinal (A,B,C,D,F) grades are given.
No AUDITS are allowed.
Final year students, in the spring semester, are encouraged NOT to cross register into HMS courses. It is likely that HMS grades will not be available in time for a degree to be voted.
HOW TO CROSS REGISTER INTO HMS:
- Obtain a cross registration
petition from YOUR own school.
- Bring your completed petition
to the Medical School Registrar’s Office,
25 Shattuck Street, Bldg A, Room 213 by the appropriate deadline.
- Ensure that all requested signatures are on the petition before you bring it to the Registrar’s Office, INCLUDING the course director’s signature.
