Traditionally the discipline of Pathology has focused on the systematic understanding of diseases. More recently, we have been able to dissect molecular pathways and provide molecular insight into pathogenesis. As the department is currently constituted, this intersection between molecular pathways and diseases is at the forefront of our vision.
