1. NEW TRAVEL POLICY There is a new travel policy which everyone MUST adhere to starting April 1, 2006. In order to be reimbursed for air travel, the traveler must use one of Harvard’s Preferred Travel Agencies, whether they have the absolute lowest fare or not. If you do not use one of the agencies listed below, you run the risk of not being reimbursed for your airfare. There are no exceptions, regardless of price. Sinclair Lab moved within NRB: In order to accommodate the newly established Paul F. Glenn Laboratories, the Sinclair Lab has moved from NRB-954C to NRB-931B, off the corridor behind the 9th floor conference room 933 and adjacent to the computer room.
