        Small: $84 annual fee starting July 1.  (Annual rate prorated monthly)

Membership Information

Harvard Students
The center is available as a complimentary privilege to all Harvard University students. Students must have a valid Harvard Student Photo ID card.

Harvard Employees
$38 monthly through payroll deduction or $456 annually (July through June). The annual rate is prorated monthly.

Non-Paid Harvard Faculty and Appointees
$456 annually (July through June). The annual rate is prorated monthly. A valid Harvard Photo ID card is required.

Membership Applications
You may register for the Vanderbilt Hall Athletic Facility at the Vanderbilt Hall Business Office. All memberships are for those 18 years of age and above, are non-transferable, and may only be canceled according to the terms of the contract. Details are found on the reverse of the application form.

 Hours of Operation Open Everyday: 6:30 am to 11:45 pm.
Open Holidays unless otherwise posted. Guest Privileges, Procedures, and Fees As a member, you may host a guest for a small fee. Your Harvard Photo ID acts as a debit card to pay for your guest‘s visit. Up to $100 dollars worth of credit may be added to your Harvard ID card. Credit may be added at the Vanderbilt Hall Business Office, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. This Guest Pass account is similar to Crimson Cash, but it is a separate account. The Vanderbilt Hall Business Office is located next the security desk in the Vanderbilt Hall lobby. All guests must submit a valid form of ID , be 18 years or older, and be accompanied by the member at all times. When a member brings a guest to the facility, the security officer will slide the member’s card through the card reader and deduct $5 from the member’s Guest Pass account. Unused guest pass credit may be carried over to the next fiscal year. Refunds for unused guest passes will be made only during the fiscal year in which they were purchased. A receipt must be provided for all refunds.
