of contacts made to the Ombuds Office by the constituent group.
Concerns in this category include: performance (i.e. evaluations,
grades, promotion, etc.), career future (i.e. moving on, concerns
with recommendation letters, worries about the interview process,
process for looking for work, etc.), climate (i.e. work style differences,
poor communication, getting along with others, work hours, stress,
civility), and benefits (i.e. compensation, health, retirement,
pension, disability, workman's comp).
