Fellows will each be based at one of the 5 Harvard-affiliated sites (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center; Boston Children’s Hospital; Brigham and Women’s Hospital; Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; and Massachusetts General Hospital).
In addition to rotations at the above host sites, fellows may also have the option to construct a customized elective—with the approval of the Program Director—to affiliated community hospitals, office practices, and clinics during the course of the program. In addition, fellows have completed fellowships with outside organizations including the National Patient Safety Foundation, the Joint Commission, the Board of Registration in Medicine, and specific payers.
Fellows are encouraged to also imbed themselves within ongoing CRICO initiatives that complement or leverage academic interests. Fellows have had the opportunity to work with CRICO on primary care initiatives, claims data projects, and taxonomies around information technology related evets.
