	This Core will assist the HDDC community in: • The isolation of murine and human intraepithelial and lamina propria lymphocytes and intestinal epithelial cells • Performance of immunological, molecular and biochemical studies with these cell types and human intestinal tissues for specific research studies • Immunoassays and sample collection • Isolation and characterization of intestinal epithelial cells and mucosal mononuclear cells • Vector repository for bacterial strains and mutants • Growth and gene expression Microbial challenge assays. Access to Packard Top Count-NXT 96-well plate reader, Becton-Dickinson FacsSort flow cytometer, Packard Cyclone phosphorimager, Savant SpeedVac plus and other selected instruments.
