Registration
Please note that you must request access to the financial systems BEFORE you can attend a training class. Please download a copy of the security access form before proceeding with registration for classess.

Please complete the training request form, then mail/fax to David Smallwood in the Office of Financial Operations and Analysis, Gordon Hall, Room 407. Fax number is 617-432-2384.

Financial Systems Orientation Training Sessions
Orientation for new financial system users will be offered by the Office of Financial Operations and Analysis (FOA) on a monthly basis.

The small group orientation sessions provides:

• A general overview of the University financial systems
• Demonstrates the use of selected functions
• Allows users to sign up for relevant classes and review user-specific system access requirements
• Interactive demonstrations of the FOA website, ABLE and the on-line Web Voucher system
• An overview of Pcard and Chart of Account coding
• Identification of relevant HMS and central offices and staff contacts, including the Office of Financial Operations and Analysis, Human Resources and Sponsored Programs Administration

Orientations will be conducted by Donna Cantillo in Gordon Hall, Room 402, Harvard Medical School, 25 Shattuck Street. Advance registration is required. To register, contact Joanna Holly at 617-432-6320 or via email at donna_cantillo@hms.harvard.edu. One-on-one training sessions are also available on request.

Provide your name, title, HMS/HSDM department affiliation and a preferred attendance date. You will receive a confirmation via email.
