Harvard Medical School has successfully negotiated a new 4-year predetermined F&A rate agreement with the Federal Government. The new rates are effective immediately.

On Campus	7/1/02-6/30/04	68%
On Campus	7/1/04-6/30/06	69.5%
Affiliate Hosp	7/1/02-6/30/03	73.6%
NEPRC Core	7/1/02-6/30/06	27%
NEPRC Non Core	7/1/02-6/30/06	69%
Non Affiliate	7/1/02-6/30/06	29%
Off Campus	7/1/02-6/30/06	26%

On 7/1/06 all rates will go into provisional status using the applicable rate in effect on 6/30/06.

The Affiliated Hospital rate will be re-calculated on an annual basis. The rate will be published as soon as it is available.

For grants with split locations, use the rate applicable to the location where the preponderance of time and effort will be expended.
