Disclosure Statement Policy Please note that the HMS Disclosure Statement has been submitted to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Cost Allocation in Washington, but has yet to be approved. The Cost Analysis Group will resubmit a revised Disclosure Statement to reflect changes in HMS policies and practices. The Cost Analysis Group recommends reading the HMS Sponsored Project Expenditure Policy, which provides guidance on the appropriate spending of sponsored funds. The policy is available on the eCommons website.
