Have you checked your PCard's expiration date lately? Your card is technically good through the end of its expiration month, but some vendors will not accept a card during the same month that it expires. Did you know expiring PCards are automatically renewed, and the renewal cards arrive in Financial Operations a week or two prior to the expiration month? FOA is currently holding renewal cards for cards expiring in August and some still left from July. September renewal cards will be available by August 22. So, how do you get your renewal card? You or a representative can come to the FOA Reception desk any business day between 9:00 and 11:00 am to sign off on and pick up the card.
