Please read the announcement from the HDW Team regarding the Financial applications upgrade: The upcoming, planned release of the Financial applications software upgrade includes a change that affects all Harvard Data Warehouse users. On the weekend of September 22-23, the HDW Team will upgrade the Oracle database in our User Table Space (UTS) environment from Oracle 8.0.5 to Oracle 8.1.6.3. This database upgrade brings the UTS system in line with the other Financial applications as well as prepares UTS for future improvements. As a result, the HDWUTS environment will be unavailable starting the morning of Saturday, September 22 and will be brought back up on the morning of Tuesday, September 25. Notice: AWS2, HUDINI and ad-hoc access of HDWPROD will be available that weekend. Additionally, on Monday, September 24, HDWPROD will be unavailable to all AWS2, HUDINI and ad-hoc users so that the release upgrade can be validated. All reports scheduled for Monday, September 24 will be executed and available for you on Tuesday, September 25. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
