Announcement from HMS Finance Office for PCard Reviewers:

Due to the Winter Recess holiday, there will be no PCard sweep on Thursday, December 27, 2001. The originally scheduled December 27 sweep will be moved to Wednesday, January 2, 2002 at 4PM. There will be another sweep that week, on Thursday, January 3, 2002 at 4PM as usual.

NOTE: If you review ALL transactions appearing in the system up through December 21, you will have few or no transactions at risk of sweeping unreviewed on Wednesday, January 2, 2002. Log on and search for unreviewed transactions sometime between 9AM and 2PM on January 2 and you'll be set for both sweeps that week.

Please note also that the PCard Settlement System will not be available on Friday, December 14 due to a scheduled operating-system upgrade.
