Message from the HDW Team in Cambridge regarding Duplicate PCard Entries

Dear Reporting Users,

It has been brought to our attention that there was an error in the last PCard Sweep to the General Ledger. It appears that on March 14th, the wrong PCard file was processed. Instead of the March 14th file, the March 8th
file was "re-submitted". That means you will see duplicate transactions for March 8th but will not see the March 14th Sweep transactions.

The PCard team has been alerted to this problem and will soon be in touch to inform users how it will be corrected.
