SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE COMMITTEE OF PROFESSORS
The Subcommittee of the Committee of Professors has the responsibility for dealing with appointments without limit of time (tenure) and of indefinite duration (subject to the right of the Corporation to set a terminal date).
