COMMITTEE ON APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENTS, AND PROMOTIONS
The Committee's mission is to advise the Dean of the Faculty of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in respect to permanent, term, and annual appointments. The Committee also reviews and recommends to the Dean and through him to the Faculty of Medicine, all new HSDM faculty appointments, reappointments, and promotions. A primary goal of the Committee is to ensure excellence in the quality of HSDM faculty and to develop and oversee faculty career plans. Additionally, the Committee will seek to increase faculty diversity and parity.
