The Office of Work and Family is staffed full-time by a Manager who
keeps a constantly updated guide to resources for daycare, home care,
after school care, or care of the elderly. In addition, the Office
sponsors or co-sponsors programs regarding family and personal issues
that affect the lives of faculty, staff, or students from the Medical
and Dental Schools, as well as those subscribing institutional
affiliates of Harvard Medical School. The Office of Work and Family
offers free consultations, information and referrals on childcare,
eldercare and other family-related services. Lunchtime programs,
seminars and support groups are held throughout the academic year.
