Location
of the Department
The DSM is located on Huntington Avenue just off the corner of Longwood
Avenue at 641 Huntington Avenue, second floor. Our hours of operation
are 9 - 5, Monday - Friday.
The green line
"E" train and bus #39 stop nearby, at the intersection of
Huntington and Longwood Avenues.
Parking is available
at Children's Hospital, 300 Longwood Avenue. For further details, see
