Patricia K. Donahoe, M.D., is the Marshall K. Bartlett Professor of Surgery (HMS), Director Pediatric Surgical Laboratories (MGH), Associate Member of The Broad Institute, and a Principle Faculty Member at Harvard Stem Cell Institute. Her laboratory concentrates on developmental biology and genetics; including the study of sex differentiation and Mullerian Inhibiting Substance, Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, and other congenital anomalies. Her laboratory is also examining targetable differences between ovarian cancer stem cells and ovarian somatic stem cells.
