Connectiong Hope, Assistance and Treatment (CHAT) Program
lf you live in Massachusetts, have breast cancer and have an individual income of $25,000 or less or a combined family income of $42,000 or less, Healing Hands can provide assistance with things related to your breast cancer treatment. Assistance is provided for items you may need such as medication, wigs, breast prostheses and bras, compression sleeves, transportation to treatment, childcare during treatment and counseling. To apply for Healing Hands assistance, please go to the website below to download the application, and fax or mail it to the Office for Women, Family & Community Programs at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
