Study III--(concluded)
A pilot study of monolingual children, part of a NIMH-funded multi-generational longitudinal study of families spanning more than 25 years. This study focused on the third generation children being born into the cohort, and in particular, on their language skills as predicted by the presence of psychopathology in their mothers and attachment patterns.
Focus: language competence, attachment and child and maternal psychopathology. This pilot has concluded.
