Lynn Hill Spragens, MBA![]() Principal
Currently Ms. Spragens' work includes extensive work with the Center to Advance Palliative Care to promote increased access to Palliative Care in acute care hospitals. She serves as faculty for all CAPC conferences, a consultant to the Palliative Care Leadership Centers, author of the business tools and curriculum utilized by CAPC, and has served as project manager for the design and implementation of numerous hospital palliative care programs. She is the business consultant to the Promoting Excellence in Palliative Care in the ICU project, sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. In addition to her palliative care work, Ms. Spragens works with numerous non-profit organizations such as the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and Grantmakers in Aging, and serves as a business advisor for three national nursing home initiatives, the Wellspring Institute, the Green House project, and the Pioneer Network. Ms. Spragens presents widely on the business case for palliative care and her firm has analyzed data from numerous active programs to identify actual financial impact and opportunities for program expansion.
