Armenise-Harvard Italian Science Writer Fellowships The Giovanni Armenise-Harvard Foundation, in conjunction with the Italian Science Writers Association (UGIS), has launched a Science Writers Fellowship Program for young Italian science writers working in Italy. Each year two Italian science writers at the beginning or mid-career are selected to spend eight to ten days in June or July at Harvard Medical School. Science Writer Fellows have the opportunity to interview top HMS researchers from diverse fields, tour laboratories, attend Armenise-Harvard and/or HMS symposia and conferences, meet science writers from the HMS community, and work with editors at HMS.
